Longton Live
An incredible weekend of live music will take place on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 June at Longton Live, with performances across a range of venues. Not to be missed!
South Ribble Borough Council work in partnership with the Creative Network to deliver this popular two day event celebrating local live music.
- Friday 26 June 2026 - 7pm to 11pm
- Saturday 27 June 2026 - 5pm to 9pm
WRISTBANDS
Wristbands are be required for entry to the event, which cost £6, and get you into every venue, on both nights. Under 12s go free and do not need a wristband – there are certain venues, due to their licensing conditions, that children won’t be allowed into.

ROAD CLOSURES
To facilitate the event, a section of Liverpool Road will be closed from its junction at Chapel Lane to its junction with Marsh Lane on Liverpool Road, from 6pm to 12am on Friday 26 June and from 4pm to 10pm on Saturday 27 June.
Bus stops on Liverpool Road between Marsh Lane junction and Chapel Lane junction will not be in operation during the road closure. Buses will follow the diversion along School Lane back on to Liverpool Road in both directions where bus stops will operate as usual.
